On 6 October, CR SWCS and CityLinkers Group officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. Representatives from both organisations attended the signing ceremony and executed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

Under the agreement, CR SWCS and CityLinkers Group will leverage their respective strengths in professional corporate services to jointly develop corporate training programmes and organise forums, seminars and thematic events. These initiatives will focus on key topics including local business development, cross-border operations, the Hong Kong capital market, compliance management, risk control, and Practice Note 21 (PN21) under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Through policy interpretation, practical case sharing and market trend discussions, the collaboration aims to help enterprises strengthen risk management capabilities and enhance sustainable development performance.

Targeting both Mainland China and Hong Kong markets, the two parties will combine their professional expertise and resource networks to strengthen cooperation in areas relating to local operations, cross-border expansion and international business development. By exploring diverse collaboration models, they aim to provide clients with more comprehensive and efficient integrated solutions.

In addition, both parties will establish a regular communication mechanism to facilitate ongoing collaboration, knowledge sharing and service innovation, with a view to further enhancing the professional services ecosystem and creating greater value for clients.
