On 24 August, Ta Kung Pao published a special feature highlighting China Resources Group’s Hong Kong Youth Career Experience Programme. Over the past six years, the initiative has provided more than 500 career experience opportunities for Hong Kong youths, becoming a flagship programme that reflects China Resources’ commitment to corporate social responsibility and youth development in Hong Kong.

As one of the participating organisations, CR SWCS is honoured to support this meaningful youth development initiative by providing young people with valuable opportunities to understand business operations and gain exposure to the professional services industry.

This year, CR SWCS welcomed four secondary school students from the Programme for a three-day workplace experience.

During the programme, students were immersed in a real corporate environment through sharing sessions, case studies, and hands-on workplace experiences. They gained insights into business operations and explored professional fields including corporate governance, compliance management, digital technology, and listed company secretarial services, while experiencing the collaborative culture of the professional services sector.

Students also participated in experiential learning across various business and corporate functions, including the Human Resources & Administration Department, AI & Digital Technology Department, Compliance Department, and Listed Company Secretarial Department. Colleagues from each team shared their professional expertise and industry insights, helping students broaden their horizons, deepen their understanding of the workplace, and gain inspiration for their future career paths.

Looking ahead, CR SWCS will continue to uphold its commitment to corporate social responsibility and youth development, creating more learning and practical opportunities for the next generation, empowering young people to pursue their aspirations and prepare for the future.
