Benefiting from the continued momentum of Hong Kong’s capital markets, CR SWCS achieved several major business milestones in the first half of 2026. In June alone, we supported the successful listings of seven companies, marking a recent record high. During the period, CR SWCS assisted 18 companies in listing on the Main Board of HKEX and served as their Joint Company Secretary, including A+H issuers, Chapter 18A biotechnology companies, and Chapter 18C Specialist Technology companies across key sectors such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, new energy, and advanced manufacturing.

At the same time, our ESG services continued to grow steadily. Our corporate training business recorded an 88% year-on-year increase in client numbers and a 235% surge in participants, while demand for shareholder identification services continued to rise, helping clients enhance investor relations management through data-driven insights.
